This methodology allows for organizations to lean on our proficiency in the software-defined technologies, while reducing costs associated with the Transition and Transformation phase, typically the most complex and demanding in terms of in-house expertise requirements. By adopting a simplified strategy, our customers benefit from a comprehensive approach to SD-WAN adoption, streamlining the intricate journey through each critical stage toward a fully realized solution. Following this model, the customer provides computing, underlays and the FortiGates hardware and NeoSec accommodates the project statement and components for a successful migration. Our offer comprises the following Transition and Transformation deliverables, with the possibility to further adapt it to particular customer requirements: Solution development CMO (Current Mode of Operation): analysis FMO (Future Mode of Operation) Architecture formulation: Technical Design Documents (HLD-LLD) Deployment and migration plan BoM (Build of Materials) Control plane (NMS) FortiGate infrastructure (BYO or green field model) SKUs: licenses, subscriptions and support, incl. Procurement Project documentation: CMO, FMO and BoM Engineering and implementation NMS (FortiManager) Green-field deployment (BYO not possible) FortiAnalyzer functionalities (limited to FortiManager capabilities) Scripting (maximum of 5 scripts for FortiGate pre-staging) Basic policing (single Policy Package: maximum of 3 security profiles and 20 rules) Manuals Because openness and clarity are core to our values, we're also transparent about what's outside the scope: Hardware procurement (FortiGates, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and computing) Underlay and overlay provision and implementation Running (underlay and overlay operation, ticketing, support) Software life cycle management However, we can support your organization in aligning the necessary components to effectively accommodate the above activities.
