We offer full support across various deployment models, including comprehensive design, documentation, and implementation services.

Our turnkey offering consists of four primary deliverables, which encompass the following elements:

1. Network Architecture Analysis – Assessment and tailored recommendation of the best model for each customer’s unique requirements.
2. Planning and Design – Comprehensive documentation outlining the FortiManager FMO (Future Mode of Operation), including sizing and technical design specifications.
3. Deployment and Handover – The NMS is installed and made accessible to the customer for integration to their Orchestration infrastructure.
4. Third-level technical assistance – Provided as an hourly package, which the customer can utilize for various support and FortiManager lifecycle management activities.

As the service focuses on the Orchestration and Management planes through FortiManager implementation, the following deliverables fall outside its scope:

1. Computing and networking – The service is deployed in a variety of supported platforms according to Fortinet’s compatibility requirements, which are to be provided by the customer.
2. Running – First and second level support, defined in our Terms of Service
3. Data plane – The infrastructure managed by FortiManager and its associated configurations
